I’m an marriage and family therapist, I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing the intricate layers of human relationships. I help couples and individuals whose past experiences with trauma, infidelity, and childhood wounds prevent them from having the fulfilling and satisfying romantic and sexual relationships they long for. My focus includes helping couples, where one or both partners have Autism, ADHD, and other neurologically diverse conditions navigate the unique challenges these bring to the relationship.

I blend several therapeutic approaches to provide comprehensive and empathetic care. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and heal their internal landscapes, Imago Relationship Therapy to foster deeper connections between partners, and solutions-focused therapy to empower individuals with practical strategies for change.
